PoE is the initials of Power Over Ethernet and allows the transmission of electricity and data through UTP / STP cable. It is useful in those situations where you need to install a network device (such as a Wireless Access Point, an IP phone, an IP camera or any network device that this system supports and a power outlet is not available.
